Smither Park was designed to be a mosaic oasis, covering every piece of exposed concrete with a beautiful array of color and objects. This mean that walkways, picnic tables and even the lampposts! Three artists - Kelly Snook, Kimi Bainter and Jesse Sifuentes designed the pathways throughout Smither Park - a huge undertaking. Various other artists contributed to the tables and lampposts - each providing their own unique style to the park.
